Pick Up , Original Movie Poster, Belgium 1951

Pick Up :  "La Racoleuse" translates as "The Whore", but delicate American sensibilities decreed that the movie should be called something milder; so, "Pick Up".

This image of the magnificent Beverly Michaels with the cigarette and the gardenia, sums it all up pretty well.
