Festival of American Cinema, France 1987, Original Poster

My experience of Deauville (not hands on, although there were some attractive, if deceptive offers) suggests that it is the gay capital of France, which, added to the flamboyance and wealth of this film festival makes for some wonderfully outrageous goings-on. Lady Drivepast and I were there a while back and enjoyed every moment, apart from the prices: try a foie gras and truffle pizza for £200.
