Aqua Vera - Superb Original Art Deco Poster, Sweden 1932
Aqua Vera was a Gentleman's Skin Pacifier, or after shave, which dates from the 1920s, and, I'm told, is still available. More on the product here: http://theshaveden.com/forums/threads/aqua-vera.3089/
More to the point, in 1932, Aqua Vera provided us with this stunning Art Deco poster.
There is a closed tear top left (not shown because it happened very recently), but within the advertised price I will have the poster conservation backed, which will negate the effect of the small tear.
Colour and image are quite magnificent, and given that the poster is over 80 years old, it is in wonderful condition.
As an aside, this poster was used as a prop in Mel Gibson's 2000 movie "What Women Want", as you can see in the small pic. under the main one.
This is one of those posters that can stay in the Drivepast Collection just as long as it likes !
