Speedtrap USA 1977 - Jensen Interceptor
Speedtrap was a fairly turgid car chase rip-off of 1974's "Gone In 60 Seconds".
However, the poster is another matter, with a really good image of a Jensen Interceptor, along with Joe Don Baker and Tyne Daly.
