To Please a Lady - Original US Movie Poster, 1950, Indianapolis
Clark Gable and Barbara Stanwyck are the stars of this motor-racing love story, with Gable as a dare-devil midget car racer and Stanwyck as the hack with the smoking pen of sensationalism.
This poster is a rarity indeed, being the 'B' version of the American half sheet. There is some border wear, as you'd expect, but the colour has held beautifully and the poster displays very well. Good size, too, at 22x28 inches.
The movie was re-released in 1962 as "Red Hot Wheels". As you can see, we have a poster for that, as well.
