Terrific image; beautiful girl and sports car. This was an Argentinian movie called PRIMERO YO, which translates to the English release title of ME FIRST. A smattering of incest here, as a race driver tries to prevent his son's marriage by having it away with his betrothed.
The car has a BMW / Veritas / Jaguar look about it, but if you have a better idea, let me know.
