Von Richthofen and Brown , AKA: The Red Baron, USA 1971
Von Richthofen and Brown was perhaps better know as "The Red Baron" and one of my all time heroes, Roger Corman, worked his aviation magic on this one.
Cult groover John Phillip Law is the Luftwaffe ace while Don Stroud is the doughty Roy Brown.
Mixed reviews ? I should say so, but there are some great flying sequences and a pretty well held together story of World War One heroism in the air, and more down to earth thuggery on the ground.
